This mattress uses eco-conscious construction, including memory foam layers and a cooling top layer to enhance comfort. However, some customers have reported that the mattress has a tendency to trap heat, despite its cooling features. This mattress also noticeably has poor edge support, so it may not provide the support you need.

In September 2023, Costco recalled approximately 48,000 Novaform mattresses—specifically its ComfortGrande and DreamAway models—from stores in the San Francisco Bay Area. Regulators were concerned that the mattresses had been exposed to water during their manufacture, which could cause mould to develop.
