Endy Hybrid is considered medium-firm with a firmness score of 6.1/10, although it has a significant amount of “hug.” This means that you will sink into the top of the mattress when you lie down, which could be a concern if you are a stomach sleeper or prefer to feel like you’re sleeping on top of your mattress.

Logan & Cove Choice is also a medium-firm mattress, but has a firmer feel than Endy Hybrid at 6.9/10. Logan & Cove Choice also has a lower amount of “hug,” so you can change sleep positions more easily. It will gently contour around your body with minimal sinking for a comfortable and supportive sleep.

Edge Support

Hybrid mattresses are known for good edge support, thanks to their supportive inner coils. Endy Hybrid has above-average performance with a score of 6.0/10. In comparison, Logan & Cove Choice scores much higher with an edge support score of 7.5/10. You’ll be able to sit comfortably on the edge of the mattress, and you shouldn’t have any trouble getting out of bed.

Logan & Cove Choice Mattress Layers

• Layer 1: The first layer is 1″ of ecoLuxe® cooling gel foam. Containing billions of microscopic air capsules, this foam layer provides excellent comfort and pressure-point relief, conforming to your body’s shape while wicking away heat and moisture.
• Layer 2: The second layer is 1″ of Elastex® foam. This layer moulds to your body, providing latex-like responsiveness and pressure relief, but without any of the allergy-causing chemicals in many natural latex mattresses.
• Layer 3: The support layer is 9″ of individually pocketed coils. Made of double-tempered steel, these coils are divided into 3 body-supporting zones to give contouring support for your back and hips. This layer is also encased with 4″-thick edge support foam along the sidewalls to give you more support when sitting on your bed, or lying farther away from the middle.

Endy Hybrid Mattress Layers

• Layer 1: The 2″ comfort layer is made of Endy Comfort Foam, a polyurethane foam that “hugs” your body without allowing you to sink in too far. Endy also claims that the foam’s open-cell design improves airflow and breathability for cooler sleep.
• Layer 2: The 3″ transition layer of polyurethane foam helps relieve pressure points and prevent motion transfer for undisturbed sleep.
• Layer 3: Endy’s website says the 6″ zoned coil support layer features high-carbon steel pocket coils, wrapped in 100% polypropylene, for more lumbar support and motion isolation. This is important if you’re a light sleeper with a restless partner.
• Layer 4: The 1.75″ support layer is made of high-density polyurethane foam that helps keep the mattress firm and supportive.

Endy doesn’t publicly share composition or density details about Endy Comfort Foam beyond what’s disclosed on its website. On the other hand, Logan & Cove is open about its mattress construction and foam densities.

Both Endy Hybrid and Logan & Cove Choice have spot-clean-only covers. However, only Logan & Cove has a plush quilted cover with diamond tufting infused with CryoFusion™ cooling nanofibers. The breathable hollow fibre fill, gel-infused foam, and cooling nanofibres give the mattress a cool-to-the-touch and supple feeling. This level of luxury detailing is rarely seen in the mattress-in-a-box category.

Delivery, Sleep Trial & Returns

Both Endy and Logan & Cove ship by ground using FedEx. Your mattress is delivered directly to your door throughout most parts of Canada. Additional fees may apply for some remote locations. Logan & Cove ships from Ontario or Alberta with a shipping time of mattress to ship in 3–10 business days. Endy Hybrid also ships from Ontario or British Columbia in 1–10 business days.

Logan & Cove Choice and Endy Hybrid show up in bleached cardboard boxes. Two layers of heavy-duty plastic further protect both mattresses. Once unrolled, Logan & Cove Choice and Endy Hybrid expand within several minutes but may require up to 12 to 24 hours to ensure they’ve fully expanded before sleeping on them. This is typical for hybrid mattresses.

Logan & Cove’s 365-night sleep trial is one of the longest in Canada, while Endy offers the industry-average 100-night sleep trial. Logan & Cove and Endy Hybrid will pick up returns for free within the sleep trial period and issue a full refund.
